Warranty:

Our products are warranted 18 months or 1,500 hours of use, whichever comes first, if all our recommendations of use have been followed and against manufacturing defects. The Heavy-Duty tracks are warranted 12 months or 1,000 hours with pro-rate applying to track age: 0~250hours = 100%, 251~500 h = 75%, 501~750 h = 50%, 751~1000 h = 25%, >1000 h = 0%.. No warranty under 10% remaining lug height.. ASM warranties mfg or process defects on parts only. The technical appreciation and the percentage of warranty is the sole area of responsibility of ASM.

• Non Heavy-Duty: micro/mini/midi-excavators, lifting platforms, horizontal drilling machines.
• Heavy-Duty: Skid steer loaders (SSL), dumpers, transporters

Logistics:

We currently stock around 5,000 rubber tracks in our warehouses in Malesherbes (France) and Saarbrücken (Germany). This enables us to deliver within very short time.

Technical and Sales Support:

Our technical and sales teams are at your complete disposal to answer all your queries. We can also propose trainings or documentation to our customers to ease the understanding of our products.

Technical Development Support – R&D:

For all your developments, machine or undercarriage, we can provide you with a technical support for the design of your undercarriage. We can also, upon request, develop a rubber track to the specifications of your machine.

Tests capacities:

ASM is able to carry out benchmark tests between different tracks. We can offer two solutions:

• Laboratory tests,
• Tests on our test site in real conditions of use
