Since 1989, ASM, with registered office in Malesherbes, France (80 km south of Paris), develops and produces rubber tracks for the construction and building industry. In 1994, ASM and Fukuyama Rubber Company (FRC) signed in a technical cooperation agreement. FRC is the leader in Japan since 25 years with 40% of the market share.

This close cooperation enables us to propose products with latest hi-tech technologies to satisfy to the best of our customers’ needs. The quality and the high technology of our products have been approved for many years by numerous Original Equipment Manufacturers as for example: Neuson, JCB, Ammann Yanmar, Komatsu, Kubota, IHI, Bobcat Parts... Our expansion enabled us also to increase our presence in the market with the opening of our 1st direct sales office in Germany (Saarbrücken) in 2005.
